NCA Report (Drill Down)

Within the NCA report, you have the added capability to further drill down the results with a few easy steps. This new feature is useful as it:
  1. Gives a clear breakdown of clients in any category of the report
  2. Shows clients where missing information is present
  3. Offers quick hyperlink connection to client profiles to update information
To learn more about the drill down, please review the information below.

The drill-down feature is easy to use and applicable throughout the entire report. To use the new feature there are several requirements:
  1. You must run your report in HTML format
  2. You can only use the drill down feature for sections that have a total. If the total of a section is zero, that indicates that there was no information keyed in for that section.
After viewing your report in HTML format, all that you need to do is press within the total to expand the section out. Depending on the section you expand you will see a variety of information. (e.g., if expanding service information, you will see the client name and service(s) applied).

Step 1. Navigate to site reports, select the NCA report, select HTML in output options and press 'View'.



Step 2. Once on the new tab displaying the NCA report, find a field you are wanting to drill down. (Below is an example of question #1). Then simply click the number total to reveal the drill down version!




Step 3. After clicking the number total, the drill down version will appear.
Tip: For all drill down sections either the client name or case number can be used to get to the full profile.
