VOCA Report (Drill Down)

With the newest version of the VOCA report there is now the added capability to further drill down the results. This new feature is useful as it:
  1. Gives a clear breakdown of clients in any category of the report
  2. Shows clients where missing information is present
  3. Offers quick hyperlink connection to client profiles to update information

What new criteria is the VOCA report looking for?

For a client to be included in the VOCA report, they must meet at least one of the following requirements:
  1. Have an encounter logged during your report period that is a VOCA mapped service. 
  2. Have a therapy session logged during your report period that is a VOCA mapped service.
  3. Have a forensic interview logged during your report period.
Alert
The VOCA site report no longer considers information keyed in on the case tab to calculate results. For accurate numbers moving forward please ensure at least one of the criteria mentioned above are being met.


How to use the new drill-down feature

The new drill-down feature is easy to use and applicable throughout the entire report. To use the new feature there are several requirements:
  1. You must run your report in HTML format.
  2. You can only use the drill-down feature for sections that have a total. If the total of a section is zero, that indicates that there was no information keyed in for that section.
After viewing your report in HTML format, click the total to expand the section and see which clients make up that count.  Depending on the section you expand, you will see a variety of information. (e.g., if expanding service information, you will see the client's name and service(s) applied).
