Report Name | Description |
MIA-Client Demographics | Use this report to identify missing demographics such as DOB, Gender, Race, Ethnicity and Start of Reporting Date |
MIA-Presenting Non DCFS | Use this report to identify cases where the Presenting Abuse Type is not a DCFS Mapped Sexual/Physical Abuse Type |
DCFS-DCFS Child Victim Report | Use this report to identify DCFS Child Only Victims |
DCFS-Police Only Child Victims | Use this report to identify Police Only Child Victims |
DCFS-Other Referring Agency Child Victim | Use this report to identify those cases that are Neither DCFS or Police Only. Case number exists for both CPS and LE or No Case Number in either. |
DCFS-Prosecution Action | Use this report to identify Prosecution Dispositions that are NOT mapped to a DCFS Prosecution Action. Please Review and update the dispositions if needed. |
DCFS-Encounters | This report can be used a couple different ways. Default is to identify Encounter Services NOT mapped to a DCFS Encounter Service. To view Encounters that ARE mapped, change the Filter Rule for Encounter Service from "not in" to "in" |
