Merge Duplicate Client Referrals on Import
If two referrals of the same client come in, you can merge the two together. To merge duplicate client referrals. use the navigation bar. Click on Clients, then Client Referrals.
Click on the boxes to the left of the client names, and then click on Merge Referrals below.
Choose the info you want to capture from both referrals and then click Save Merge.
It will take you back to the Referral Queue page and now you will see the two original referrals will be in there, but now there is also the Merged referral. You can import the merged referral and delete the two original duplicate referrals.
