Downloading a Video (Portal User) - Step by Step

To download a video that has been shared with you is an easy process! Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access your CAC CareNet portal.
Note: You may have portal access to CareNet or dual access. If you have just portal access continue to step 3. If you have dual access (having the ability to access the full version of CareNet and the portal) please continue to step 2.

Step 2: If you have dual access from your dashboard press the world icon in the upper right hand corner.


Step 3: Once on the portal screen press the 'My Videos' button on the left hand side bar.


Step 4. Once on the My Videos page you will see all videos that have been shared with you. If you would like to view a video shared with you press the eye icon in the actions column and to download press the download icon.
Note: If you're missing the download icon, that means that whoever shared the video with you did not give you that access. If you need to have the ability to download, please reach out to that personnel.
