Sharing Videos - Step by Step

Within CAC CareNet you have the ability to share videos with portal users. To learn more about sharing videos please review the information below.

The share button appears in the action column of the videos tab. The share button is between the archive and delete buttons.



After pressing the share button you will get the below popup. Within this section you have the ability to:
  1. Choose who you'd like to share the video with.
  2. The kind of access they have (view, download, view & download)
  3. How long access the person you're sharing the video with will have. Within this drop down you also have the ability to choose a custom amount of time before the video access expires.
  4. Cancel expiration will cancel any selection options selected.
After making your selection make sure the press the save button.
