Sharing a Video - Step-by-Step

Sharing a video with a portal user is an easy process! Follow the steps below to learn how:

Step 1: Navigate to a client profile, then the videos tab, and find the video you would like to share with a portal user. After finding the video you would like to share (or after uploading a video), press the share button.

Step 2: After pressing the share button, select the personnel that you would like to share this video with from the drop down at the top of the popup (1). After selecting the personnel, you then need to select the kind of access this portal user will have (2), and if access should expire to this video (3). After making your selections, press the save button (4).

Step 3: After selecting making your selections in the previous step - that is it! You've now successfully shared a video with a portal user.
