We have enhanced the following areas of CAC CareNet:



NEW Tasks

  • Create tasks or action items from the dashboard or client accounts
  • Create task lists, reminders, set priority levels and progress, and discuss tasks with other personnel
  • Create predefined tasks that can be reused

  • Ability to share, view and download videos without access to case data

  • NEW Client Search Manager

  • Merged search and extended search into a new Client Search Manager
  • Moved add client and referral imports to Client Search Manager
  • Ability to filter open cases by personnel

  • Personnel Profiles/System Users

  • New tab for frontend portal access with options for referral users, CareNet users, and video access
  • Email address field modified to only be required for system users
  • Users can now change their own password from the profile page without having to edit their personnel profile
  • Administrators can now reset passwords for system users that have an email address
