CAC CareNet 2.26.1 Permissions Update

CAC CareNet 2.26.1 Permissions Update

Within the newest release of CAC CareNet there have been some changes in the permissions tab to accommodate new features. Similar to previous updates administrators will have full access to new features but any other usergroup will need to have their permissions updated to have access.
