CAC CareNet Release 2.25.1
Within this newest release for CAC CareNet we've addressed a number of bugs and included several key feature releases! To learn more about what's changing in CareNet please review the list below. For usage information of new feature releases please visit the documentation section of this article.
Updates
MDT Manager
- Workflow changes to the create new meeting function. You will need to create and save a meeting prior to updating client list.
- Fixed issue preventing cases from being removed from a meeting.
- Fixed issue with the personnel list dropdown and searching text not clearing after selection.
- Added meeting details to the top of an active meeting.
Calendar
- Fixed an issue that was causing events to duplicate on save.
- Fixed an issue that was causing reoccurring events to not show up the first week that the event was created.
Client Account
- Calendar Events have now been integrated with the Client Account. On the profile tab, there is a new Events Table. Here you can view, add, and delete events that Client Accounts have been assigned to.
- Profile can now support Multiple Addresses. You can specify address types, add notes to addresses, and support for International Addressing has now been added.
- Fixed an issue where Tribal Information was not saving on people attached to a case.
- New Field Income Level added.
- New Tests Tab added to Medical Tab for Hair Test Results.
- Fixed an issue when viewing a saved form with a signature.
- Fixed an issue where the Medical Referral Exam Start Time shows today's date instead of the Exam Time on the report.
- File storage calculators have been added to the Documents Tab and upload limits raised to 50MB.
Notifications
- New Notifications Tab has been added to Personnel Profiles, here you can configure your email address, mobile phone number, and the type of notifications you would like to receive.
- You have the ability to setup In-App, Email, and Text Message Notifications in CareNet.
- Notifications are tied to the Personnel Fields at the top of the Cases Tab on the Client Profile: Primary Victim Advocate, MDT Coordinator, and Following Case.
Reminders
- New Reminder system has been added to the Calendar. A Reminder can be setup to notify you when you have an upcoming Event.
- You have the ability to setup In-App, Email, and Text Message Reminders in CareNet utilizing the new Notifications Tab in the Personnel Profile.
New Video Add-On
- New video upload service has been integrated with CareNet. You can now upload, watch and archive all your digital videos directly on a Client Account.
