Tip: For any client notifications, you must be assigned to that client. To learn how to assign yourself to a client, please click here.

To learn more about setting up notifications, please follow along below:

Step 1. Visit your personnel profile. You can either do this by searching within the personnel section or by clicking on your username in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Profile.
Note: Depending on your permission set, you may receive an error when attempting to modify a personnel profile. If an error is received, please contact your local administrator.

Step 2. Once on your personnel profile, navigate to the Notifications tab.

Step 3. Once on the notifications tab, you can now choose to set up what you would like to be notified of. First, select the Edit button.

Step 4. After your page reloads, you can now start making selections for what you would like to be notified about and the delivery of those notifications (phone, email, or in-app). This page includes:
  1. Mobile Phone information: For text notification updates.
  2. Email for notifications: Where email notifications will be sent to, which defaults to the email address associated with your personnel profile.
  3. Notification method: This is for bulk selection; if you check one (or all), it will apply that selection to every notification option.
  4. Notification selection: Select the options you want to be notified of. To make a selection, click within the white rectangle adjacent to the notification option, then select the method you would like to be notified by.
Alert
Only notifications within the CareNet system, or in-app, will provide specific details like the client's name.  Text and email notifications received outside of the CareNet system will not include this sensitive information.  It is simply a notification for you to log in to your CareNet system to see what has transpired with one of your clients.

Step 5. After making your selections, scroll to the bottom of the page and press the Save button.
