Using the Notes Section - Step by Step

The notes section with the client profile allows you a space to add in notes specific to the client (e.g. Check in, allergies, favorite comfort items). Similar to other sections, notes visibility can be modified via the permissions tab. Using the notes section is a simple process, follow the steps below:


1. Select a client that you would like to add a note to. You can either search for a client via the left hand side bar or utilize the recent client section or your assigned clients.


2. After reaching the client you would like to add a note to press the Notes tab within the client profile.
Note: If you cannot open the notes tab or if you get a permissions error, please contact your local administrator.



3. Once on the Notes tab you can view any previously posted notes as well as add a new one. To add a new note press the 'New Note' button.


4. The screen to add a new note will appear below, fill out all the applicable fields and press save!
