Navigating the Dashboard

Within CAC CareNet the dashboard is the very first page that loads up. From the dashboard you can see things such as your recent clients, assigned tasks, and events. Please refer to the below picture for information on each section.


  1. Database information: The database information that appears at the top of the dashboard gives you an overview of your installment of CareNet and basic information.
  2. Recent Clients: Recent clients works like your browsing history, it will give you the ten most recent clients you've viewed (regardless if you're assigned to them).
  3. Your assigned tasks: Tasks are created on individual client profiles. After you've created a task for yourself (or someone has created a task for you it will appear in the 'My Tasks' table. To learn more about how tasks work please click here.
  4. News Feed: The news feed gives you beneficial information about updates and changes coming to CAC CareNet. Whenever you see a new notification click on the title to view the full message.
