Clear Cache & Cookies in Chrome

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from CAC CareNet in its cache and cookies particularly after a new release or update of our software. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

In Chrome
  1. Log out of CAC CareNet.  In Chrome
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cached images and files," check the box.
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Close the Browser and Relaunch the CAC CareNet Website.
  8. If you continue to experience the same issue, repeat the steps above and check the Option "Cookies and other Site Data"
