What browser works best with CAC CareNet?
For the best CAC CareNet experience, we recommend using the latest versions of the browsers listed below:
- Firefox (current and last major update)
- Chrome (current and last major update)
- Opera (current and last major update)
- Safari (current and last major update)
If you notice drop-down fields not populating or portions of Carenet not displaying correctly this could be due to the web browser you're using, or an out of date web browser. If you are using a current version of the supported browsers above and a site feature is still not working as expected:
- Check if your internet browser is up to date
- Try using a different browser (in its latest version) as a temporary fix
