Why are my Forensic Interviews not being counted on my VOCA and NCA Reports when I create an Encounter Service?
Forensic Interviews are not counted on the VOCA or NCA report’s from an Encounter Service. In order for them to be included on either report, the following criteria must be met:
- Forensic Interview must be entered on the Advocate Tab with a Forensic Session Type (1)
- Forensic Interview Date All Activities were completed must fall within your reporting period (2)
- AFR Start Date Must be Within the Reporting Period (3)
