Fields that Contribute to the VOCA Report

Within CAC CareNet you have the ability to utilize site reports as a fast and easy option to pull data from your system. Within this article we'll look at sections of the VOCA report and how they are populated by different sections of the client profile.
With the most recent update to CareNet's VOCA report at least one of the following criteria must be met for a client to be considered:
  • Have an encounter logged during your report period that is a VOCA mapped service. (To learn more about mapped services please click here).

  • Have a forensic interview logged during your report period.
    1. The VOCA site report no longer considers date information keyed in on the case tab to calculate results. For accurate numbers moving forward please ensure at least one of the criteria mentioned above are being met.
