Organizing Encounter & Therapy Services - Step by Step

Within this article we'll discuss how to organize services. Follow along below to learn more:

Step 1: Navigate to the service manager (Admin -> Services).
Note: Depending on your permissions you may or may not have access to this page. If you encounter a permission error please reach out to your local administrator.



Step 2: Once on the services page, click on the 'Sort' button.

Step 3: Within the popup you'll first need to select the services you would like to sort from the drop down at the top (Encounters or Therapy). After selecting your list all the active services will appear in the table below. To change the order simply click and drag the service to reorganize where it's located.


Step 4: After reorganizing your services, scroll to the bottom of the window and press the save button. After this your services have been sorted!
