Checking a Personnel's User Group - Step by Step

Within CareNet it's knowing how to check someone's user group is an important task. As the user groups within CareNet directly interact with permissions. To learn how to easily find what user group a personnel is apart of, please follow along below:


Step 1. Expand the 'Personnel Tab' and select Search.


Step 2. Once on the search page utilize the search options on the left hand side to find the personnel profile you'd like to access.


Step 3. Once on their personnel profile look for the 'Security Group' entry. This entry will tell you what user group(s) this personnel is apart of. You can use this information to update their permissions, please click here to learn more about that process.
