How to Check a Personnel's Security Group: Step-by-Step

To easily check a personnel's security group follow the steps below:


Step 1. Expand the personnel tab and press the search option.

Step 2. Once on the personnel search page find the personnel you would like to check by completing a search (A). After find the personnel profile you would like to check press the 'Profile' button (B).


Step 3. After loading up their personnel profile you will be able to see their security groups listed. If you would like to update what group a personnel has been added to press the edit account button.



Step 4. Once on the edit screen loads scroll to the bottom of your page to the security groups filed (A). Within this field you can add this personnel to another security group by clicking anywhere in the box and selecting from the drop down list.
Tip: You can add a personnel to multiple groups! If a personnel is apart of multiple groups in your database feel free to add them to any applicable groups.

Step 5. After making any changes press the 'Save' button at the top of your screen.
