Security Groups and Included Personnel

How to Check Security Groups and Included Personnel: Step-by-Step

To easily get a quick view of which personnel are in a Security Group, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Go to Security and select Users and Groups.

Step 2. Once on the users and groups page, use the drop-down to select the user group you wish to look at.

Step 3. After selecting which user group you wish to view, you will see all of the personnel who are included in that group.  If you update the group, simply check or uncheck the box next to the personnel you wish to change and scroll to the bottom to press the Save button.
