Checking Your Assigned Clients - Step by Step

While the dashboard of CAC CareNet provides you a great overview of clients you've recently viewed it does not show your assigned clients. To get a list of all your assigned clients you have two options. To learn more please follow the steps below:


Option 1
1. From the dashboard of CAC CareNet expand the Reporting tab and then press Site Reports.
Note: Depending on your permission set you may not have access to the Reporting section of CareNet. If you get a permission error contact your local administrator.


2. Once on the site reports page select the Cases by user option, select your name (or another personnel), enter a date range, and press view.


3. Your results will populate in another window that automatically opens
Tip: Did you know that the names of the clients who appear in the report are hyperlinks? (URLs). That means you can conveniently open their profile right from the report. To make it easy to reference the report consider opening clients in a new tab. To do that simply press CTRL + Left mouse click (Windows) or Command + Left mouse click (Mac) to open the client in a new tab and still have the report available.





Option 2

1. Click the 'Clients' tab in the left hand navigation.



2. Once on the clients tab simply view the clients listed in the results table. By default when you open the clients page it will pull up all your assigned clients (via the 'Personnel' field). If you want to view another personnel's case load, simply switch out your name for their name and press the search button. To view a client profile press the eye icon in the right column.
