Updates
Calendar Release (Phase 1)
- Scheduler will be replaced with a New Calendar Module
- Individual Users will now have their own personal calendar in CareNet in addition to an Agency Wide Calendar
- Users can share their personal calendar with other users
- Group calendars can now be created for specific Personnel (Example Forensic Interviewers or Therapists)
- Calendar now supports custom Event Types
- Calendar now supports color coding of Event Types and Custom Calendar Views
- Ability to Lock, Record, and Confirm Attendance of Events
- We will move all events from the old scheduler to the new calendar
- Phase 2 of the calendar release will tentatively be deployed later in quarter one of 2021.
- Phase 2 will include: integration within the
client profile, email/SMS text notifications, search events, event
creation/recording from the client profile.
Other Updates & Bug Fixes
MDT Manager
- Participating Personnel dropdown has been modified to support Personnel Groups
- Fix to Participating Personnel that caused an error when no Personnel was Selected
- Sorting of the Meeting List now defaults to show latest meeting first
Personnel Management
- Ability to create personnel groups for Participating Personnel in MDT Manager
Therapy Sessions
- Sessions now have the ability to exclude Mental Health Section on Screen as well as Print Out
- Print Blank 2nd Page has been removed
