Client Profile MDT Tab

Within the MDT tab, you can view historical meeting notes, print out meeting notes, and modify what case lists a client is a part of. To learn more about the MDT tab, please follow along below:

Step 1. Navigate to a client profile.

Step 2. Once on the client profile, click the MDT navigation button. On the MDT tab, you will be able to: search through meetings by keyword (A), print out MDT notes for this specific client (B), view the complete meeting the client was a part of (C), meeting information (D), modify what case list the client is a part of (E) and change MDT roster status (F).
Alert
Important: Only recorded meeting notes will show up in the MDT tab. If notes are missing from the tab, double-check to see if that meeting was recorded or not.

Step 3. To change which case list a client is a part of, simply expand the allegation you want to change, and then check/uncheck the boxes next to the case lists that have already been set up. For more information on setting up case lists, click here.
