What fields contribute to VOCA? (Client Profile Screenshots)
When it comes to VOCA reporting within CAC CareNet, it is extremely important to know what fields contribute and where. While filling out a Client Profile completely is preferred, at the very minimum filling out the below fields will ensure accurate numbers during reporting. Please reference the below lists and screenshots for VOCA reporting:
Intake
- DOB
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Gender
- Special VOCA Classifications
Case Tab (Allegation):
- Type of Abuse
- Presenting Section: Date Presented to CAC
FI Tab
- Date All Activities Completed
Services Tab: - Date Time
- Victim Compensation
- Services Provided (Colored blue or green)
Therapy Tab (Sessions):
- Therapy Session -> Session Info -> Date
- Services provided (dropdown select list)
