Using the NEW Support Help Desk

The current Help Desk and Support tool is not supported in Internet Explorer 11 or Older Browsers.  Please update to the latest version of Edge, Chrome, FireFox, and Safari.

With the release of CAC CareNet 2.11.0, we have integrated a New Knowledge and Support Help Desk System directly within the CAC CareNet Application. 

Here are the steps to access the new feature:



1)  Click the Question Mark in the Bottom Left Corner




2)  You can click on Knowledge Base to view articles and training videos and Tickets to submit Help Desk Support tickets.
3)  To find out What's New in CAC CareNet, Click the What's New Category


4)  Click the current month



5)  Click the current release
