What fields contribute to VOCA?

What fields contribute to VOCA?

When it comes to VOCA reporting within CAC CareNet, it is extremely important to know what fields contribute and where. While filling out a profile completely is preferred, at the very minimum filling out the below fields will ensure accurate numbers during reporting. Please reference the below lists and screenshots for VOCA reporting:

Intake
  1. DOB
  2. Race
  3. Ethnicity
  4. Gender



Case Tab (Allegation):
  1. Type of Abuse
  2. Presenting Section: Date Presented to CAC
  3. CPS Section: Investigation Open Date
  4. Law Enforcement Section: Investigation Open Date
  5. Prosecution Section: Date Referred to Prosecution
  6. Prosecution Section: Outcome Date
  7. Prosecution Section: Charges: Outcome Date




FI Tab

  • Date All Activities Completed




Services Tab:
  • Date Time
  • Services Provided (Colored blue or green)



Therapy Tab (Sessions): 
  •   Therapy Session -> Session Info -> Date
  •   Services provided (drop down select list)
