What fields contribute to VOCA?
When it comes to VOCA reporting within CAC CareNet, it is extremely important to know what fields contribute and where. While filling out a profile completely is preferred, at the very minimum filling out the below fields will ensure accurate numbers during reporting. Please reference the below lists and screenshots for
VOCA reporting:
Intake
- DOB
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Gender
Case Tab (Allegation):
- Type of Abuse
- Presenting Section: Date Presented to CAC
- CPS Section: Investigation Open Date
- Law Enforcement Section: Investigation Open Date
- Prosecution Section: Date Referred to Prosecution
- Prosecution Section: Outcome Date
- Prosecution Section: Charges: Outcome Date
FI Tab
- Date All Activities Completed
Services Tab:
- Date Time
- Services Provided (Colored blue or green)
Therapy Tab (Sessions):
- Therapy Session -> Session Info -> Date
- Services provided (drop down select list)
