Setting up Outcome Measures - Step by Step
Within the Therapy tab CAC CareNet offers the option to create and record custom measures. The therapy measures appears within the client profile under therapy, on the Tests tab. To learn more about setting up custom measures please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Expand the admin tab a select Outcome Measures.

Note: Depending on your permission set you may not have access to the admin tab. If you receive a permission error please contact your local administrator.

Step 2. Once on the outcome measures page you can search through previously added measures (A), view all currently added measures (B), Edit/Delete a measure (C), and view each measure's values and visibility status (D). To add a brand new measure press the 'Add Measure' button (E).

Step 3. After pressing the add measure button a new section will populate at the bottom of your page. In this section fill out all the fields for your new measure. After entering in your measure information and checking the 'Visible' checkbox, press the 'Save' button.

Tip: If you want to change the visibility status of a measure but do not want to delete it you can edit a measure and uncheck the 'Visible' check box.

Step 4. After saving your new measure you will need to refresh your web browser to see the new measure available within the therapy tab.
