Making Sure Clients are on the MDT Roster - Step by Step
By default, clients will not show up within the built-in MDT meeting function. Before they do, a few steps need to be taken. Luckily the process is easy, follow the steps below!
1. Search for the client you would like to appear on the next MDT meeting. Searching within CAC CareNet can be done in several locations, if you know the name of the client utilizing the main search bar in the upper left hand corner is easiest. Otherwise searching can be done within the client tab.
2. Once on the client profile press the MDT navigation button. Then, look for the MDT Roster button in the upper right hand corner. If the button is red, that means the client is not on the roster. If the button is green it means they are on the roster. 3. Additionally, ensure that the client you want to appear on the roster has an allegation saved. If a client does not show up on the MDT roster, even after pressing the button, ensure that an allegation is listed on their profile under the case tab. If there is no allegation present, the client will not appear on the MDT roster.
