Customizable Fields within the Client Profile

Within CAC CareNet you have some ability to customize options that appear within fields throughout the client profile. It should be noted you do not have the ability to create new fields or rename fields. Within CareNet you have the ability to modify options within some fields. The below set of screenshots displays what is possible to change within CareNet. The majority of these fields are controlled via the modify lists section of the admin tab. Of the screenshots below, the highlighted fields are the only fields where you have the option to modify what appears within those dropdowns.
