Client History - Step by Step

A new addition to the client profile includes the history tab. The history tab works as an audit system for the specific client profile you're on. To learn more about the History tab please follow along below.


Step 1. Navigate to a client profile.

Step 2. Once on a client profile select the history tab (between the notes and AFR tab). The history tab gives you an overview of anything changed, saved or deleted for that specific client down to the second. The history tab includes:
  1. History Search: You can search through actions on a client profile (e.g. typing in deleted, created).
  2. History Log: Provides a PDF printout of the complete log for the client profile.
  3. Refresh button: Refreshes the table (so you don't need to manually refresh your page).
  4. History table: Includes the date, action, user (personnel), and details of the action. The details column is related to the back end organization for different parts of the client profile.
  5. Tab through multiple pages of history.
Tip: You can sort the columns by pressing the column header (e.g. Actions). Then it will sort in alphabetical order (or numerical if sorting by date).
Note: Currently there is no integration of the history section with the report builder.
